The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu today received an eminent delegation of former Inspectors-General of Police on an official visit.

The distinguished delegation of institutional veterans included IGP Aliyu Attah NPM, mni, CFR (Rtd); IGP Sunday Ehindero NPM, CFR (Rtd); IGP Mike Mbama Okiro CFR, NPM, mni (Rtd); IGP Ogbonna Onachukwu Onovo NPM (Rtd); IGP Abubakar Ringim NPM, mni (Rtd); IGP Mohammed Dikko Abubakar CFR, NPM, mni (Rtd); IGP Sulaiman Abba CFR, mni (Rtd); IGP Usman Alkali Baba CFR, NPM (Rtd); and IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun Ph.D, NPM, mni (Rtd).

The discussions centered on leveraging the vast institutional memory and strategic insights of the past police chiefs to tackle contemporary security challenges and accelerate ongoing police reforms.
