Great Dependable Forum Honours Hon. Kayode Taiwo as Patron, Declares Support for YAYI 2027

Members of the Great Dependable Forum on Wednesday trooped out in large numbers from across Ogun State to Ota, where they gathered to honour Hon. Kayode Taiwo, Chairman of the Committee of the NUJ Independent Online Chapel, Ota, with the prestigious position of Patron.

In his remarks, the spokesperson of the forum explained that Hon. Taiwo’s consistent track record of grassroots mobilization, commitment to youth empowerment, and strong ties with community stakeholders made him the unanimous choice for the honour. He further emphasized that Taiwo’s unwavering relationship and loyalty to Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI) were also key factors, noting that the forum is fully ready to rally behind the senator’s ambition to govern Ogun State in 2027.
Responding to the recognition, Hon. Taiwo expressed deep appreciation to the leadership and members of the group for counting him worthy of the patronship. He pledged to justify the confidence reposed in him by providing strategic guidance, supporting the forum’s empowerment initiatives, and ensuring women and youths are adequately carried along in political and developmental opportunities.

He assured that the forum’s solidarity with Senator YAYI would not be taken for granted, promising to serve as a bridge between the group and the senator’s political machinery in preparation for 2027.

In the same vein, the group also showed their support for Hon Lai Taiwo, a Grassroot Politician and Committed Political Leader, whose support for Sen YAYI is unwavering, as a Man who can sustain the Track Record of Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola YAYI.

Members of the forum reaffirmed that their collective support would be geared towards leaders with proven integrity, capacity, and vision for the progress of Ogun State.

The event ended with renewed calls for unity and strategic political alignment, with the forum declaring that their adoption of Hon. Kayode Taiwo as Patron marks the beginning of a stronger push for inclusive governance, grassroots empowerment, and total support for YAYI 2027.
