LagRide Opens Academy Training for New Professional Drivers

LagRide has announced the commencement of a new training session for prospective professional drivers seeking to join its operations as Captains.

The training, which will be conducted under the LagRide Academy, is scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at the LagRide Hub, 31 Mobolaji Johnson Avenue, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

The company said the programme is designed to provide aspiring Captains with the required professional knowledge and skills to meet its operational standards.

Interested applicants are expected to pay a training fee of N50,000.

As part of the recruitment process, LagRide has scheduled a series of Open Days on September 1, 8, 15 and 22, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., during which prospective applicants will receive information about the programme and guidance on the application process.

Training sessions are expected to hold on September 3, 10, 17 and 24, commencing at 8:00 a.m., while successful participants will be deployed on September 14 and 28.
