The visit, held at the company’s head office in Omole, Lagos was aimed at fostering collaboration between the NUJ and Adron Homes in advancing public enlightenment on housing and real estate investment. This year’s Press Week, scheduled for October 12th - 17th, 2025, in Ibadan, focuses on strengthening media engagement and celebrating excellence in journalism.

Led by the Oyo State NUJ Chairman, Comrade Ademola Babalola, the delegation was warmly received by the Managing Director of Adron Group, Mrs. Adenike Ajobo.

In his remarks, Comrade Babalola commended Adron Homes for its outstanding contributions to affordable housing delivery and sustainable urban development across Nigeria. He described the company as “a model of innovation and social impact,” lauding its efforts in improving the lives of Nigerian families through practical and accessible real estate solutions.

Responding on behalf of the Chairman/CEO, Sir Adetola Emmanuelking, KOF, Mrs. Ajobo expressed deep appreciation to the Oyo NUJ for the visit and congratulated the council on its forthcoming Press Week. She reaffirmed Adron Homes’ commitment to fostering strong relationships with the media, noting that transparency and trust remain central to the company’s operations.

“The media plays a vital role in shaping public perception and promoting awareness about real estate opportunities. At Adron Homes, we believe in collaboration to make affordable housing a reality for all Nigerians,” Mrs. Ajobo stated.

The meeting also featured an interactive session where both parties explored partnership opportunities in public education on real estate investment, land ownership and property documentation.

The NUJ delegation further commended Adron Homes for its impactful corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, particularly in youth empowerment and community development across Nigeria.
