GTCO plans to raise $100 million through an equity offering to support the recapitalisation of GTBank Nigeria, aligning with the CBN’s ₦500bn capital requirement. The group will also transition from GDRs to a full listing on the London Stock Exchange on July 9 under the ticker “GTHC,” later changing to “GTCO.” CEO Segun Agbaje called the move a key step in GTCO’s growth strategy.Zenith Bank
